Recovery from hip surgery is slower then I expected. I plan on taking the trike off the Cycle-Ops in a couple weeks and take it to an area when the hills are a little kinder. For now I'm just spinning in the garage.

Hip Surgery
OUCH
Arthroscopic surgery to my left hip on April 7th.
Saw the doctor today, April 14th. Words used to describe the condition of my hip cartilage were torn, shredded, delaminated and folded.
No riding for awhile but I started spinning in the garage on my Catrike Expedition.
