Opted for the DT Swiss/Kojak wheelset for a softer ride today in the hills.The ride was spent meandering through neighborhoods an avoiding the load main roads.

Just another nice Sunday ride with a little climbing thrown in.

The black container in the boom water bottle holder is where I store  my nutrition needs like energy bars. I find that 200 to 300 calories an hour seems to get me through a 3 hour ride. Longer rides require a little extra planning. I take hydration and food seriously. I paid the price more then once for screwing up my calorie and water intake.

Taking a break at one of the many parks I have scoped out. This particular one is in a more affluent area so it doesn't have any restrooms for low life outsiders like yours truly. It does have a nice wooded area...need I say more.

Riding my trike is as much fun as being a 7 year old playing in a park. Actually it may be more fun judging by the way kids eyes seem to pop out when I ride by.

An out of the way alley I'll often stop at to take a snack break. Today was a little warm so a quick snack and a drink was the order of the day.
